I. ORGANIZER

The organizer of the 7th Szczecin Night Port Half Marathon is Ruchowa Akademia Zdrowia in Szczecin and RAZ Event

The co-organizer is the City of Szczecin.

The event partners are the Szczecin–Świnoujście Seaports Authority and the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
II. OBJECTIVES
-
Promoting running as the simplest form of physical activity.
-
Promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.
-
Promoting Szczecin as a city attractive to tourists and friendly to physically active people.

Promotion the event partner: Szczecin–Świnoujście Seaports Authority
-
Enabling people with disabilities to participate in the event.
-
Providing runners with the opportunity to compete over the half marathon distance (21,097 m).
III. DATE AND VENUE
-
The start of the event, which includes the 7th Szczecin Night Port Half Marathon, will take place on 18 July 2026 (Saturday) at 11:00 PM.
The starting line will be closed approximately 15 minutes after the starter’s gun. -
Distance: Half Marathon – 21,097 m.
The course will be certified by the Polish Athletics Association (PZLA). -

Finish: Florian Krygier Municipal Football Stadium (on the pitch).

Distance markers will be placed every 1 km along the course.

A 6-hour time limit applies to competitors in the 7th Szczecin Night Port Half Marathon.

Participants remaining on the course after the time limit do so at their own responsibility, exposing themselves to violations of road traffic regulations and the Civil Code.
-
Leaving the designated course or shortening the distance may result in disqualification.
-
All participants in the 7th Szczecin Night Port Half Marathon are required to comply with the instructions of safety services, marshals, and event staff acting on behalf of the Organizer.
IV. REFRESHMENT STATIONS AND CHECKPOINTS ON THE COURSE

Refreshment stations: approx. at 4.5 km, 9.5 km, 14.5 km, 19.5 km, and at the finish line.

Timing checkpoints: at 10 km and at the finish.
V. PARTICIPATION
-
Participation in the 7th Szczecin Night Port Half Marathon is open only to persons who turn 16 years of age no later than race day, i.e. 18 July 2026, and who have written consent from a legal guardian.

All participants must be verified at the Race Office.
The Race Office will be located at the Florian Krygier Municipal Football Stadium and will be open:-
July 17 (Friday) – from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

July 18 (Saturday) – from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

During verification at the Race Office, participants will receive starter packs including, among others: a race number (with timing chip), safety pins, a technical T-shirt (after selecting a size), a sponge, and an information leaflet.
Participants who pay the entry fee on race day at the Race Office are not guaranteed to receive a T-shirt in their preferred size.
Additionally, as part of the starter pack, participants receive: on-course support, access to hydration/refreshment stations, and a commemorative medal at the finish. The Organizer also provides medical support, access to changing rooms, a clothing deposit for the duration of the race, and showers. -
To collect a starter pack, participants must present a valid identity document and signed declarations confirming their appropriate state of health (in the case of minors – signed by their legal guardian). The Organizer reserves the right to verify the personal data of individuals collecting race numbers by checking their identity documents.

The starter pack may be collected by the participant or by another person authorized in writing by the participant. In the case of minors, the starter pack must be collected by a legal guardian.

Transfer of a starter pack to another person is possible only at the Race Office on the basis of written authorization. The transfer fee is PLN 50.

All participants are required to comply with these Regulations.

Upon presentation of their race number, participants may collect a numbered deposit bag at the Race Office to store personal belongings in a designated area. In the event that a participant loses their race number, the Organizer shall not be liable for the bag being collected by an unauthorized person. Valuables and documents must not be left in the deposit area.

Persons serving a disqualification penalty for doping are not permitted to participate in the Event.
VI. REGISTRATION

Participant limit: 2,500 persons.

Registrations will be accepted from January 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM via the registration form available on the website: www.maratonszczecinski.pl

The registration operator is PROtiming, Marcin Wnuk.
-
Online registration will close on 30 June 2026 at 11:59 PM. After this date, registration will only be possible at the Race Office, provided that 30 race numbers are still available (unless the overall registration limit has been reached).
VII. FEES

Each participant in the Event is required to pay an entry fee.

3. Medical Assistance – Participants with appropriate qualifications who declare their willingness to provide potential first aid to people in need during the race will receive a 50% discount on the entry fee. In order to receive the discount activation code, they must send a scan of a document confirming their medical assistance qualifications to Ten adres pocztowy jest chroniony przed spamowaniem. These participants will also be provided with an additional number marked “MEDICAL ASSISTANCE” to be placed on their back.

Medical Assistance – Participants holding appropriate qualifications who declare their willingness to provide emergency assistance to persons in need during the race are entitled to a 50% discount on the entry fee.

The entry fee can be paid only online during registration at www.protiming24.pl by selecting the option “PAY ENTRY FEE”.

Proof of payment is the appearance of the participant’s race number next to their name on the start list on www.maratonszczecinski.pl.

Once the entry fee has been paid, it is non-refundable, except in cases provided for in these Regulations or under applicable law.

The entry fee is a fee for participation in the Event. It is not a fee for the starter pack. The entry fee is intended to cover part of the organizational costs of the Event.

In the event that the Event, or part of it, is canceled due to the fault of the Organizer, the Organizer is obliged to refund the entry fee to the participant.
VIII. CLASSIFICATIONS AND RESULTS

During the 7th Szczecin Night Port Half Marathon, overall classifications for women and men will be conducted.

- Best Female Resident of Szczecin / Best Male Resident of Szczecin
The basis for this classification is documented, actual place of residence (or registered address) within the administrative boundaries of the City of Szczecin. Participants wishing to be included in this classification must select the appropriate option during the event registration process.
- “SEA PEOPLE” Classification (Women and Men)
This classification is open to participants professionally or privately connected with the broadly defined maritime, port, or water-related industries. This classification applies only to Polish participants.

The classification will be based on electronic timing. Timing mats will be placed along the race course to record participants’ passage at designated points. Failure to register at any control point may result in disqualification.

The classification of the first 50 participants in the overall category will be based on gross time, measured from the starter’s gun.
-
In the official race results, each participant will receive information on both gross and net times.

The Organizer reserves the right to direct a participant to undergo a doping control test. Participants selected for testing will be chosen at random. A positive doping test result will result in automatic disqualification, annulment of the result, and the obligation to return any prizes awarded prior to the announcement of the test result.

Written protests regarding race results will be accepted until July 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM via email at Ten adres pocztowy jest chroniony przed spamowaniem. IX. AWARDS

All participants who finish the 7th Szczecin Night Port Half Marathon will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line.

Additional awards:

The top 8 finishers in the overall classification for women and men in the 7th Szczecin Night Port Half Marathon will receive trophies and cash prizes. The amount of the cash prizes will be announced at a later date. The prizes are identical in both the women’s and men’s categories.

Winners of the age categories will receive trophies.
-
Winners of the Best Female Resident of Szczecin and Best Male Resident of Szczecin categories will receive trophies.
-
Winners of the SEA PEOPLE category (female and male) will receive trophies.
X. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

The personal data of participants of the 7th Szczecin Night Port Marathon will be processed for the purposes of organizing the Event, pursuing potential claims, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. issuing invoices), informational purposes, internal administrative, analytical and statistical purposes, publishing Event results, as well as for promotional and marketing purposes.

The personal data of legal guardians of underage participants in the Event are also subject to processing.

The personal data of Event participants may be transferred to the following entities:

institutions to which the data must be disclosed under applicable laws,
-
the company through which the registration process and time measurement for the Event are conducted.

The Organizer processes the following categories of data: identification data (first name, last name, date of birth, place of residence), contact data (telephone number, email address, residential address), settlement data (bank account number), club name, and image.
-
The participant has the right to access their personal data, rectify them, request their erasure, or restrict their processing.
-
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data will make participation in the 7th Szczecin Night Port Marathon impossible.
XI. FINAL PROVISIONS
-
During the race, all participants must wear their race numbers (with a timing chip) attached to the front of their body. Covering the bib partially or entirely, or modifying it in any way, is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Being on the course of the 7th Szczecin Night Port Marathon without a valid race number or without the Organizer’s authorization (official identification for staff) is prohibited. Persons without a valid bib or authorization will be removed from the course by race personnel. In particular, moving along the course on bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, or other mechanical devices without the Organizer’s written permission is forbidden. The use of Nordic walking poles and running with animals is also prohibited. Running with a baby stroller is permitted only after submitting an individual request to the Organizer by email and obtaining the Organizer’s consent.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse race registration without giving a reason. If the entry fee has been paid, it will be refunded.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or interrupt the Event (in whole or in part) without providing reasons.

The Organizer provides personal accident insurance (PAI). Each participant is required to sign a declaration confirming familiarity with these Regulations. By signing the declaration, the participant consents to medical personnel acting on behalf of the Organizer providing first aid, performing other life-saving medical procedures, and transporting the participant to a safe location. The participant acknowledges that participation in the race involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks of accidents, bodily injury (including death), as well as property damage or loss. Furthermore, participation in the event may involve other risk factors that cannot currently be foreseen. Signing the declaration of familiarity with the Regulations confirms that the participant has considered and assessed the scope and nature of the risks associated with participation in the race and takes part voluntarily and entirely at their own responsibility.

Decisions made by medical personnel regarding the participant’s ability to continue the race are final and binding.

By registering for participation in the Event, the Participant accepts these Regulations and agrees to the free use of their image, recorded in the form of photographs or video footage, and grants the Organizer a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such image on all fields of exploitation, including in particular: recording and dissemination in any form, digital storage, and use for the promotion and organization of events conducted by the Ruchowa Akademia Zdrowia and the West Pomeranian Sports Federation, as well as making it available to sponsors and partners of the 7th Szczecin Night Port Half Marathon for promotional purposes in connection with participation in the Event.
The Participant agrees to the placement and publication of their image in publications of the Ruchowa Akademia Zdrowia, the West Pomeranian Sports Federation and sponsors, on the Organizer’s printed promotional materials, in the press, on websites, as well as in television and radio broadcasts.
The Participant also consents to the processing of their personal data for purposes related to the organization and promotion of events conducted by the Ruchowa Akademia Zdrowia and the West Pomeranian Sports Federation and acknowledges that they have the right to access and correct their personal data. The data will be stored securely and will not be sold or transferred to third parties or any other organizations.

The Organizer reserves the right to interpret the provisions of these Regulations. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the Organizer reserves the exclusive right to make final decisions.
